1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Nevyron Cook mobile application ("App") or accessing the website nevyron.com ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

3. Description of Service

Nevyron Cook is an AI-powered recipe generator, meal planner, and food scanner. The App uses Google Gemini for recipe generation, Firebase for authentication and data storage, and RevenueCat for subscription management.

4. User Accounts

You may create an account using email, Google Sign-In, or Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

5. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

  • Free Tier: Limited access to recipe generation and food scanning features.
  • Nevyron Pro: Paid subscription unlocking unlimited recipe generation with enhanced AI models, unlimited food scans, and premium features.
  • Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your App Store or Play Store account.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings or through the App's subscription management screen.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.

6. AI-Generated Content

Recipes and nutritional information generated by the App are created by artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) and are provided for informational purposes only. Nevyron LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. Always use your own judgment regarding food safety, allergies, and dietary requirements.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload (e.g., custom recipes, photos). By sharing content through the App's community features, you grant Nevyron LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display that content within the App.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Circumvent subscription restrictions or payment mechanisms
  • Upload harmful, offensive, or infringing content
  • Use automated systems to access the App in a manner that exceeds reasonable use

9. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, and branding (including the Nevyron name and logo) are the intellectual property of Nevyron LLC. All rights reserved.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nevyron LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

12. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the App's Settings screen. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be removed from our systems within 30 days. Active subscriptions should be cancelled separately through your App Store or Play Store account settings.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or Website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Durch das Herunterladen, Installieren oder Nutzen der Nevyron Cook App („App") oder den Zugriff auf die Website nevyron.com („Website") stimmen Sie diesen Nutzungsbedingungen zu. Wenn Sie nicht einverstanden sind, nutzen Sie unsere Dienste bitte nicht.

3. Leistungsbeschreibung

Nevyron Cook ist ein KI-gestützter Rezeptgenerator, Essensplaner und Food-Scanner. Die App nutzt Google Gemini zur Rezeptgenerierung, Firebase für Authentifizierung und Datenspeicherung sowie RevenueCat für die Abonnementverwaltung.

4. Benutzerkonten

Sie können ein Konto per E-Mail, Google Sign-In oder Apple Sign-In erstellen. Sie sind für die Geheimhaltung Ihrer Zugangsdaten verantwortlich. Die Nutzung der App setzt ein Mindestalter von 13 Jahren voraus.

5. Abonnements & In-App-Käufe

  • Kostenlose Version: Eingeschränkter Zugang zu Rezeptgenerierung und Food-Scanning.
  • Nevyron Pro: Kostenpflichtiges Abonnement mit unbegrenzter Rezeptgenerierung durch leistungsstärkere KI-Modelle, unbegrenzten Food-Scans und Premium-Funktionen.
  • Abonnements werden über den Apple App Store oder Google Play Store verwaltet. Die Zahlung erfolgt über Ihr Store-Konto.
  • Abonnements verlängern sich automatisch, sofern sie nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ende des aktuellen Abrechnungszeitraums gekündigt werden.
  • Sie können Ihr Abonnement in den Kontoeinstellungen Ihres Geräts oder über die Abonnementverwaltung der App verwalten oder kündigen.
  • Erstattungen werden von Apple bzw. Google gemäß deren jeweiligen Erstattungsrichtlinien bearbeitet.

6. KI-generierte Inhalte

Rezepte und Nährwertinformationen werden durch künstliche Intelligenz (Google Gemini) erstellt und dienen ausschließlich zu Informationszwecken. Nevyron LLC übernimmt keine Garantie für die Richtigkeit, Vollständigkeit oder Eignung der KI-generierten Inhalte. Bitte nutzen Sie stets Ihr eigenes Urteilsvermögen bezüglich Lebensmittelsicherheit, Allergien und Ernährungsanforderungen.

7. Nutzerinhalte

Sie behalten das Eigentum an allen von Ihnen erstellten oder hochgeladenen Inhalten (z. B. eigene Rezepte, Fotos). Durch das Teilen von Inhalten über die Community-Funktionen der App gewähren Sie Nevyron LLC eine nicht-exklusive, weltweite Lizenz zur Anzeige dieser Inhalte innerhalb der App.

8. Untersagte Nutzung

  • Nutzung der App für rechtswidrige Zwecke
  • Reverse Engineering, Dekompilierung oder Disassemblierung der App
  • Umgehung von Abonnementbeschränkungen oder Zahlungsmechanismen
  • Hochladen schädlicher, anstößiger oder rechtsverletzender Inhalte
  • Automatisierter Zugriff auf die App über das übliche Maß hinaus

9. Geistiges Eigentum

Die App, ihr Design, Code und Branding (einschließlich des Namens und Logos Nevyron) sind geistiges Eigentum der Nevyron LLC. Alle Rechte vorbehalten.

10. Haftungsbeschränkung

Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, haftet Nevyron LLC nicht für indirekte, zufällige, besondere, Folge- oder Strafschäden, die aus der Nutzung der App entstehen. Unsere Gesamthaftung ist auf den Betrag beschränkt, den Sie in den 12 Monaten vor dem Anspruch für die App bezahlt haben.

11. Gewährleistungsausschluss

Die App wird „wie besehen" und „wie verfügbar" ohne jegliche ausdrückliche oder stillschweigende Gewährleistung bereitgestellt. Wir garantieren nicht, dass die App unterbrechungsfrei, fehlerfrei oder frei von schädlichen Komponenten ist.

12. Kontolöschung

Sie können Ihr Konto jederzeit in den App-Einstellungen löschen. Nach der Löschung werden alle Ihre personenbezogenen Daten innerhalb von 30 Tagen aus unseren Systemen entfernt. Aktive Abonnements sollten separat über die Kontoeinstellungen Ihres App Store oder Play Store gekündigt werden.

13. Anwendbares Recht

Diese Nutzungsbedingungen unterliegen dem Recht des Bundesstaates Wyoming, USA.

14. Änderungen

Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, diese Nutzungsbedingungen jederzeit zu ändern. Wesentliche Änderungen werden über die App oder Website kommuniziert. Die fortgesetzte Nutzung nach Änderungen gilt als Zustimmung.
