1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Nevyron JobSnap — AI Job Tracker mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nevyron LLC. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

3. Description of Service

Nevyron JobSnap is an AI-powered job application tracker that provides:

• A built-in browser for browsing job portals and importing job listings automatically
• AI-generated cover letters tailored to job descriptions and your resume (powered by Google Gemini)
• An application pipeline to track job status (Saved, Applied, Interview, Offer, Rejected)
• Resume version management and CV storage
• Application insights and statistics
• Reminder notifications for follow-ups

Important: AI-generated content (including cover letters) is provided as a draft and starting point only. It is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific job application. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to use any AI-generated content before sending it to an employer.

4. Accounts and Eligibility

4.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the EEA/UK) to create an account and use the App. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4.2 Account Creation

You may create an account using:

• Email address and password
• Google Sign-In
• Sign in with Apple

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@nevyron.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4.3 Account Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating and maintaining your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or that are used in violation of these Terms.

5. In-App Purchases

5.1 Free Tier

The App is free to download and use with certain limitations on the number of job entries, cover letters, and AI operations.

5.2 Unlock Unlimited

"Unlock Unlimited" is a one-time in-app purchase available through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store that removes all usage limits. This is not a subscription; you pay once and the unlock persists for that account.

5.3 Payment and Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple Inc. (App Store) or Google LLC (Google Play). Payment terms, refund policies, and billing are governed by the respective platform's terms. We do not issue refunds directly, except where required by applicable law or as required by the platform's refund policy.

5.4 Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the App or use it on a new device, you can restore your purchase using the "Restore Purchases" option in the App's settings. You must be signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from third-party websites in violation of those sites' terms of service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Abuse the AI features by generating spam, misleading, or fraudulent cover letters
• Impersonate another person or submit false information to employers
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers, databases, or other systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

7. AI-Generated Content

The App uses Google's Gemini AI to generate cover letters and process job data. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated cover letters are drafts only and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or content not suitable for your specific situation
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before using it in a job application
• We make no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, or effectiveness of AI-generated cover letters
• Using AI-generated content does not guarantee any job application outcome
• Your prompts (job description text and resume text) are processed by Google's Gemini API under Google's terms and policies

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Nevyron LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our express written permission.

Your job application data, notes, and documents remain your property. By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

9. Account Termination and Data Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account within the App. Deletion is permanent and removes all your data from our servers (Firebase/Firestore). Local files on your device are removed when you uninstall the App.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Any defects or errors will be corrected
• The App will be compatible with all devices or operating system versions
• AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEVYRON LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

• Your use of or inability to use the App
• Any AI-generated content produced by the App
• Outcomes of job applications made using the App
• Unauthorised access to your account
• Any bugs, errors, or interruptions in service

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD $10 if you have not made any payment.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through an in-app notice or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the App and may delete your account.

14. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including Google Firebase and the Gemini API, Apple's App Store services, and Google Play services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or privacy practices of these third-party services.
